وقالت هيئة الأركان المشتركة في كوريا الجنوبية إن المقذوفات أطلقت من بلدة وونسان على الساحل الشرقي، في حين ذكرت هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون اليابانية أن صاروخا قصير المدى أُطلق على ما يبدو وسقط بالفعل، نقلا عن مسؤول حكومي.
وقالت هيئة الأركان المشتركة الكورية الجنوبية إن كوريا الشمالية “أطلقت صاروخاً باليستياً غير محدد في اتجاه بحر الشرق”، المعروف أيضا ببحر اليابان.
